
Paseo Plaza Hollywood Project
LOS ANGELES, CA -- HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Aug. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Continental Development Group founder Juri Ripinsky announced today that The Paseo Plaza Hollywood Project, its newest lifestyle community center, has signed Gruen Associates Architectural firm for final plans on schedule for construction ground-breaking later this year at the location on Santa Monica Blvd. and Wilton Place in Hollywood. Gruen is well known for their work on many community centers in Los Angeles including the Pacific Design Center.
