HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Jan. 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ – Litigation in the New York's Superior Court regarding the low-budget film, "Nesting Doll," will continue with a hearing on February 13, despite the title change by director Nicole Conn to "More Beautiful for Having Been Broken." The breach of
contract litigation was brought by film and television star and producer Barbara Niven, and producer Sue Melke. The plaintiffs have alleged other acts by Conn. Willard A. Stanback, counsel for Niven and Melke, has suggested that the case may be transferred to California. "Nesting Doll," also known as "More Beautiful for Having Been Broken," stars Bruce Davison, French Stewart, Harley Jane Kozak, Kay Lenz, Zoe Ventoura, Brooke Elliott, Lesley Nicol, Kayla Radomski and Gabrielle Christian. The executive producers of the film are Heliberto Cano, Jayne Goldstein, Chakinta Jones, and Sara Whitehead.
